It’s nice to have someone checking in on you.

How are you going? What’s going on? How did you sleep? Are you okay? It’s nice to have the questions asked, and for the asker to be willing to work with you on what ever the answer is.

I’m not sure I really have anyone that does that for me. I take stimulants for ADHD, and it seems that when I get stressed, I feel heart palpitations and my diastolic blood pressure creeps up. The benefits of the stimulants are strong, but feeling your heart pumping is not a good feeling.

However, it feels I need to share for there to be interest taken. I do checkin with my spouse on a very regular basis. How did you sleep? Are you okay? What can I do for you? I know where she is physically. It may be me not listening carefully or dismissing the questions, but I can’t recall that there have been any questions like that for a long time.
